INFORME MENSUAL DE DICIEMBRE NIVEL SECUNDARIA TODAS LAS ÁREAS NIVEL
Informa mensual de las actividades realizadas correspondiente al mes de Diciembre.
Por intermedio del presente me dirijo a su despacho con la finalidad de llegar mis cordiales saludos y en cumplimiento de mis funciones, elevar el informe mensual de las
actividades realizadas de acuerdo a la estrategia “Aprendo en Casa” correspondiente al MES DE DICIEMBRE, de acuerdo al documento de la RVMN° 155-MINEDU respecto al TRABAJO REMOTO DOCENTE en forma no presencial, como corresponsable del ÁREA DE………………., de los grados de 1°, 2°, 3°, 4° y 5° de secundaria, siento de la siguiente manera:

– Estudiantes con los que interactuó en el mes.
– Actividades realiza en el mes según lo establecido en el sub numeral.
